CASSIE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE (CCC) 
2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breasts
1 c. cooked long grain rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 can fried onions (optional)

Mix soup and sour cream together. Put all ingredients (except onions) in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Add onions on top, last 2 minutes.

This recipe makes a small casserole. It may be doubled, tripled, etc. You can't ruin it!
