CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen California mix vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 can French fried onions

Mix first four ingredients. Put grated cheese on top. Then onion rings on top of cheese. Cook at 350°F 30 to 40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
