EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion
1 can ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. corn or tortilla chips

Saute ground meat and onions and drain any fat. Line large casserole dish with chips. Pour in meat and onion mixture. Add beans, sauce, tomatoes, soup, green chilies and cheese. Sprinkle a few crushed chips on top. Heat in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
