GO BLUE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can whole green chilies
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Chili powder to taste
1/2 tsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Anything else in the cupboard that sounds good

In large skillet brown beef and turkey. As it is browning add all other ingredients except for beans and tomato ingredients. Combine and let simmer, stirring frequently. In slow cooker add drained beans and tomatoes. After 15 minutes of simmering add skillet ingredients to slow cooker. Let cook on low 1/2 hour, taste, add additional spices to taste. Let cook on low at least 2 hours. Stir with wooden spoon periodically. Enjoy with shredded cheese, sour cream or crackers.
