ROUND STEAK DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lb. top round steak, cut into strips
3 tbsp. butter
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Cooked rice or noodles

Brown steak strips in butter, pour in stewed tomatoes; add bell pepper and onions and seasonings. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
