CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1 banana, mashed
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin

Combine the cream cheese, yogurt, bananas and raw honey in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Stir in the crushed pineapple.

Heat the pineapple to boiling in a saucepan. Stir in 2 packages unflavored gelatin until completely dissolved. Add orange juice.

Pour this gelatin solution into the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Pour into Corningware container and refrigerate. Cut into squares when firm and serve.
