1 lg. can Ocean Spray cranberries
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes raspberry Jello
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
1/2 to 1 c. walnuts (optional)
Red leaf lettuce for decoration

Drain cans - save juice. Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello and stir to dissolve. Add 1 cup cold water (can be fruit juice). Cool Jello to desired consistency. (Spoon will make an impression in Jello.) Add cranberries, pineapple and oranges. Pour into mold (e.g. Tupperware). Cover and refrigerate. Garnish with lettuce.
