MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. cooked minute rice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion
Garlic salt
Pepper
Ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 to 2 rolls Ritz crackers

Mix well and make into balls. Take 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1 can water, place meat balls in soup and cover well with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
