GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & diced
5-7 potatoes, cooked in jackets
6 green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Peel and dice potatoes while hot. Pour oil over diced potatoes; mix. Bacon and drippings, onions, salt, pepper, sugar and hot vinegar. Mix well. Serve warm.
