SHRIMP SAUTE 
1/2 butter, room temperature
6 cloves minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon or to taste
Oregano to taste
Sprinkle parsley
Flour
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Drop Tabasco sauce

Garlic butter; mix minced garlic with butter and lemon juice. Add Worcestershire, Tabasco, oregano and parsley.

Shake shrimp in bag of flour, then dip shrimp into egg white that's been mixed with milk, then dip in flour again to coat. Saute shrimp until golden brown on both sides in small amount of oil; drain shrimp and put garlic butter on shrimp.
