UNDERCOVER MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. salted cashew halves
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated flaky tenderflake biscuits

Combine all ingredients except biscuits. Shape into 6 meatballs and place on ungreased 15 x 19 inch jelly roll pan.

Separate biscuit dough into 6 biscuits. Roll or press each biscuit to form a 4 inch circle. Place each dough circle over top of meatball, pulling dough over meat to touch pan and form a "cap". Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

TIPS: To prepare 12 meatballs, double ingredients and use 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated tenderflake baking powder biscuits.

Undercover Meatballs may be prepared, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated up to 2 hours before baking. Increase baking time to 25-27 minutes.
