SWEET HOT MUSTARD 
4 oz. Colemans dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix mustard and vinegar together and let set overnight. Next day mix thoroughly with eggs, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Cook until thick. Cool then add mayonnaise. Makes a large amount approximately 1 pint. Enough to share with a friend. Best flavor if left overnight before using.
