SWEET AND HOT MUSTARD 
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. white wine
2/3 c. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 drops Tabasco, optional

Simmer onion, garlic, wine, for 5 minutes and strain into a small saucepan. Add dry mustard and beat until smooth. Add oil, honey, salt, and Tabasco. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cool and pour into small jars. Cover. Keeps in refrigerator 1 month.
