RICH FUDGE BROWNIES 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. In saucepan, combine chocolate and butter. Heat until melted and smooth. Beat in eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in flour. Blend well. Spread into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't over bake. Frost with Chocolate-Marshmallow Frosting.

CHOCOLATE-MARSHMALLOW FROSTING:

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
4 c. mini-marshmallows

In saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Add eggs, vanilla and powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Stir in marshmallows. Frost brownies.
