RICE, BROCCOLI AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1-2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 sm. brick (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese

Layer a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1/2 inch Minute rice. Mix remaining ingredients with rice, placing chunks of cheese over entire mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and mix all ingredients together. Continue to bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
