RICE, BROCCOLI, & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper

Melt butter in large baking dish. Put in both cans soups and mix with 1/2 cup milk. Put in remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave on medium for 18 minutes. Quick and delicious.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
