SHIP WRECK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 or 3 small Onions (sliced)
3 medium Potatoes (sliced)
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Tomato Soup
Salt and Pepper

Sauté beef in pan until it loses red color. In a 2 qt. casserole, place sliced potatoes on bottom, place onions over these. Add can of kidney beans and broth. Next add ground beef and then empty tomato soup over all. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hr.
