TINGA (MEXICO) 
2 c. shredded pork meat
1 (6 - 8 oz.) can Las Palmas tomato with chile
1/2 med. onion, cut into long strips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. food savoring

Heat a 10 inch pan. Saute onion in oil. Add Las Palmas tomato, sauteed. Add pork meat, mix, cover and simmer to desired consistency.
