1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch baking pan.

In large saucepan, cook chocolate pudding as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix thoroughly into hot pudding, beating with hand mixer 1-2 minutes. Pour into pan.
