TOUCH DOWN POTATOES 
Potatoes
Scallions
Hot sauce
Shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Worcestershire sauce
Horseradish
Caraway seeds

Bake potato, cut in half. Take out some of potatoes and rebroil potatoes about 3 to 5 minutes. Mix potato filling and above ingredients to taste and refill skins and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
