NO-CHOLESTEROL CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. cake flour 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. cold water 1/3 c. no-cholesterol cooking oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla Sift and blend the first 5 ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and blend with whisk until just mixed. Pour into 8 inch square greased and floured pan. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Frost with favorite frosting. Recipe can be doubled by doubling ingredients and pouring into a 9x13 cake pan and baking an additional 5 minutes. |
