BILLIE'S BEST DIET CAKE 
1 pkg. cake mix (any flavor)
1 (12 oz.) can diet soda (again, any flavor)

Stir the cake mix together with the diet soda ONLY! Do not add egg or oil. Trust me it will bake up OK. Bake temperature according to package directions.

FROSTING:

1 (5 oz.) pkg. sugar-free chocolate or vanilla instant pudding (family size)
1 cup cold milk (skim or fat-free)
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip (lite or fat-free)

After the cake is cooled, with a wooden spoon handle, poke holes every two-inches in cake. Spread half of prepared pudding in the holes of cake. Then dollop the pudding and Cool Whip intermittently on the top of cake for icing. Smooth out with a knife.
