SHRIMP LIVORNAISE 
1 lb. shrimp
15 oz. can peeled tomatoes
1 can black olives
1 lg. onion
4 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 oz. capers
1 tbsp. chopped garlic in oil

In a large sauce pot, place tomatoes, cut up onion, mushrooms, olives and add to tomatoes. Add garlic in oil and capers, let simmer for 45 minutes.

Just before serving, add cleaned and deveined shrimp, let cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta or linguine. Scallops may be substituted for shrimp.
