DRIED BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1/4 lb. sliced dried beef
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tsp. onions, grated
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. white wine

Rinse dried beef in cold water; dry. Combine other ingredients. Beat until creamy. Place amount of mixture on each slice of beef. Roll up, fasten with toothpick. Chill, cover with foil. Cut in 1 inch pieces, spear with toothpick.
