TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
8 single Saltine like crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper sauce (optional)
4 bacon slices

Combine all, except bacon, and shape into patties. Wrap bacon slices around outer edge, securing with toothpick. Broil over preheated charcoal 3 inches from source of heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until done. 4 burgers.
