TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1/4 c. finely shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely shredded zucchini
1/4 c. finely chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Blend all ingredients together with hands. Cover and chill at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.

Makes 4 patties. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side.
