POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 lb. bacon
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. wet mustard
6 hard cooked eggs, diced
Chopped onion to taste
Chopped celery to taste
Parsley to taste

Brown bacon; drain. Add egg mixture and cook until thickened. Add to potatoes, hard cooked eggs, onion, celery and parsley.
