CHEESE BISCUIT BALLS 
1 lb. butter (soft)
1 lb. cheese (grated) (8 oz. sharp, 8 oz. extra sharp)
4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and cheese, add other ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls (poppy seed if desired). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes.
