LEMON PEAR SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. pecans
1 (16 oz.) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Dissolve Jello in pear juice with enough water to make 1 3/4 cups. Put all in blender except nuts. Blend until pears are smooth. Put in 8 x 8 inch square pan. Add nuts and place in refrigerator. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce with a small dollop of mayonnaise.
