ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. grated longhorn or Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat. Combine soup, water and chilies; add to hamburger mixture. Heat until bubbly.

Line a greased 9 x 13 inch pan with tortillas. Next pour half of the mixture on top of tortillas and then a thin layer of the grated cheese. Make another layer of tortillas, mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until cheese takes on a golden color.
