CRANBERRY PIE | |
2 c. sugar 1 lb. fresh cranberries 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 c. pineapple juice 2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin Juice of 1 lemon 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked Whipped cream or topping Chopped nuts Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently; set aside to cool for 15 minutes. Pour mixture into pie shell. Chill until firm. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving. |
