QUICK AND EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
1 to 1 1/2 pkg. stew beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 pkg. whole mushrooms, fresh or 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid 1 soup can water 1 c. red wine, or water In crock pot mix together all of ingredients and stir thoroughly. Cook on low 6-8 hours, on high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. |
