QUICK CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
12 pieces chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears

SAUCE:

2 cans cheddar soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise

Lay broccoli in bottom of large casserole. Place chicken on top. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

NOTE: The sauce is good topping for baked potatoes. You can also use 8 chicken breasts, 1 package of broccoli and only half the sauce recipe. There will be sufficient sauce.
