SPINACH SOUP 
1 pkg. fresh or frozen spinach
2 sm. cans or 1 lg. chicken broth
1 egg, whipped in separate bowl
Parmesan cheese to taste

Increase ingredients accordingly. Put soup and spinach in large pot. Let it come to a boil. Remove from heat and add whipped egg, stirring constantly. Serve immediately. Add Parmesan cheese for individual taste.
