SPECIAL CHICKEN SUPPER 
1 box of wild rice mix
1 can water chestnuts
1 can Cream of Celery soup
Salt & pepper
1 can French-style green beans
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
Butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Prepare rice according to package directions. Mix rest of ingredients with wild rice. Place in a greased casserole. Add water if needed. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
