FROZEN PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, chilled and drained
1 (9-10 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped walnut meats

Cream the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, pineapple and nuts together. Fold in the Cool Whip last. Pour into a baked 9 inch pie crust and freeze. Thaw briefly before serving. Cut as if a pie.
