1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 c. bacon bits on top (opt.)
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
Salt & pepper

Oil 10" pie pan. Cook and drain broccoli, put in pie pan. Add drained mushrooms and cheese, sprinkle on dried onion, put remaining ingredients, except bacon, in blender and mix well. Pour over other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
