ORANGE COOKIES AND FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 3/4 c. flour

Cream sugar and butter. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. soft butter
3 c. powdered sugar

Stir until smooth, add:

3 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. rind

Mix and spread over cookies.
