LAYERED SKILLET MEAL 
1 tbsp. butter
4 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced, unpared potatoes
2 tbsp. caraway seeds (optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Melt butter in large skillet. Spread cabbage evenly over butter. Sprinkle cabbage with chopped onion and caraway seeds. Arrange potato slices in skillet, crumble beef in small pieces and place evenly over potatoes.

Pour tomato sauce over all, cover skillet. Cook over low heat 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and meat is cooked. Serves 4.
