TEXAS SKILLET MEAL 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
1/4 c. dill pickle

Combine hamburger, onion and green pepper in skillet. Cook until meat is browned and vegetables tender; add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 4.
