BACON DRESSING 
4 slices bacon
2 tsp. granulated sugar
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Saute bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Crumble and set aside. Stir vinegar and remaining ingredients into bacon drippings, heat to boiling. Pour hot dressing over salad greens and toss. Garnish with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately. Makes 1/2 cup dressing. Note: Dressing is enough for about 6 cups of greens.
