LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box (12 noodles) lasagne noodles
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 pkgs. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground meat. Saute in the onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 45 minutes. Cook lasagne noodles as directed on back of the box. In long 4 quart Pyrex dish, put a layer of meat sauce, then put a layer of 4 noodles, next spread layer of cottage cheese (use 1/3 carton), next use a package of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
