2 c. Bisquick
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Bake until pancakes are golden brown. Turn and bake on the other side.
