QUICK CHILI SAUCE 
1 1/2 qt. canned tomatoes or 3 lb. ripe tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients and simmer uncovered 45 minutes or until quite thick. Pour at once into clean hot canning jars and process as manufacturer directs. (If using canned tomatoes drain first.) Makes 3-5 pints.
