Mashed potatoes
1 sm. container sour cream
1 (4 oz.) container cream cheese

Make mashed potatoes accordingly to own recipe (can use instant potatoes). Place in casserole bowl (lightly greased with butter). Mix in sour cream and cream cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note: You can add to top of potatoes before baking, either grated cheese or bacon.
