1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix warm mashed potatoes with sifted sugar. Roll out in an oblong shape and spread with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut in slices.
