SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
1 large onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger 1 (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1 lb. Velveeta 1 (12 oz.) box vermicelli 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown hamburger and saut onions. Cook spaghetti according to box directions. Cube cheese and add to hot hamburger. Stir until melted. Add seasonings and onions and mix well. Drain spaghetti and stir in sauce. In large container, combine the meat and spaghetti mixtures. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Can be frozen. |
