SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter or oil
2 c. thinly sliced onions
3/4 lb. ground beef or turkey

Saute mushrooms in oil. Then saute onions and meat. Stir to prevent burning. Add 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1 cup diced celery and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Simmer 20 minutes.

Cook 1 (8 oz.) package of spaghetti in salted boiling water, drain. Place spaghetti in greased casserole. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. May be mixed a day ahead and baked after work next day for dinner.
