GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, about 3 lb.
1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
Chopped parsley

Pare potatoes. Cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a paper bag. Moisten potato slices with water. Shake a few at a time in the bag to coat potatoes well, with cheese and flour mixture.

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake in 375 degree oven about 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown remove from oven. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
