CREOLE POTATOES 
16 sm. new potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Cut potatoes into quarters. Place in steamer 12-15 minutes. Transfer potatoes to a bowl and sprinkle with Creole seasoning. Add butter and parsley - toss. Yields 8 servings.
